Dear Cambridgeshire Police Authority,
1. Could you please let me know when the open period for your
accounts is this year, and let me know where the details of the
open period have been advertised.
2. Page 43 of the authority's annual statement of accounts for
2010/11* states:
"One Officer, through a controlling interest in their respective
businesses, had dealings with the Authority to the value of £80,993
(2009/10 £52,232)"
I would like to request information relating to these "dealings",
including:
* If the officer involved was a chief police officer, or if they
were a police authority officer.
* The identity of the officer involved.
* The names of the businesses involved.
* Details of the relevant transactions including the descriptions,
cost centre, dates etc.
* If not already included in the above, sufficient additional
information from the documentation associated with the transactions
to ascertain their purpose.
