Richard Taylor made this Freedom of Information request to Cambridgeshire Constabulary
The request was partially successful.
From: Richard Taylor
24 November 2011
In relation to the Cambridgeshire Local Criminal Justice Board
could you please release:
1. The dates, times and locations of upcoming meetings.
2. A contact email address for the board.
3. The most recent minutes and agenda for the board held.
I am making this request to Cambridgeshire Constabulary rather than
to the board as the board have not responded to my related request
for information, and as I understand it the board is not formally
subject to FOI so I have no route of appeal:

Dear Richard
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REFERENCE NO: 0662/2011
In reply to your request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000, dated 24th November 2011 in which you asked the following
questions:
In relation to the Cambridgeshire Local Criminal Justice Board could you
please release:
1. The dates, times and locations of upcoming meetings.
2. A contact email address for the board.
3. The most recent minutes and agenda for the board held.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (The Act) requires us to handle all
requests in a manner that is blind to the identity of the requestor. Any
information released in response to a request is regarded as being
published, and therefore in the public domain without caveat.
We have completed all searches within Cambridgeshire Constabulary and
hereby enclose your response.
1. We have no information, currently, in respect of the locations of
forthcoming meetings; the dates are as follows:
13 December 2011
28 February 2012
1 May
30 June
4 September
30 October
11 December
Dates are subject to change.
2. No information held. This is because the CLCJB does not have a formal
email address for it's exclusive use. Minutes are distributed by the
secretary to individual board members email addresses.
3. The minutes for the October 2011 meeting are attached, below as these
are the most recent received; we have not retained any Agenda from the
meeting so on the second part of this question, we would answer "no
information held".
(See attached file: 0662-2011Attachment.pdf)
If you are unhappy with this response, please see the attachment below,
which sets out your rights to appeal.
(See attached file: Complaint Rights May-11.pdf)
Should you have any further enquiries concerning this matter, please
contact the Information Access Office via email, or on telephone number
0345 456 456 4 extension 8164.
