As Cambridge City FOI have not posted their response here, here they are. Firstly an email dated 26/9/11

Dear Mr Lawton
Thank you for your email requesting information on the Neighbourhood Action Group. The Terms of Reference of the group are attached and I hope they will answer your questions around how the Neighbourhood priorities are decided on.
I can send you copies of the minutes of the meetings for the past two years but would first have to remove quite of lot of information that has to remain confidential. The meetings are business meetings where specific addresses and perpetrator names are often discussed along with Police tactical approaches. We can't make this information public and if it is removed I fear the notes would not make sensible reading and therefore would not answer your questions. Perhaps when you have read the TOR you could come back to me with any further questions you may have. Of course if you would like the censored notes that can be arranged.

The organisations represented at the NAGs are:
Cambridgeshire Constabulary, Cambridge City Council, Cambridge Business Against Crime, Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue, Cambridgeshire County Council.

Please contact me if I can be of further help.
