Cambridge traffic sign authorisation plans

Dear Department for Transport,
I would like to know the location of all sites and areas referred
to in the three traffic sign authorisations mentioned below. I have
copies of the text and diagrams of each authorisation, but not of
the plans attached to them. If you could provide copies of those
plans, that would satisfy my requirements.
The authorisations in question were all issued to Cambridgeshire
County Council and are:
One dated 13th June 1996 with reference GT46/20/14 relating to St
Andrew's Street and Hobson Street.
One dated 3rd December 1998 with reference GT46/20/14 relating to
the city centre pedestrian zone.
One dated 10th December 1999 with reference GT46/20/14 relating to
King's parade.
It would be helpful if you could provide the information by e-mail.
If this is not possible, I can provide a postal address on request
