Cambridge Media and Environment Programme

Dear Sir or Madam,

According to this document (see Section 16) the Hadley Centre at
UEA has funded the Cambridge Media and Environment Programme
(henceforward CEMP).

1. I would like to know the totals of any such funding given to
CEMP for all years subsequent to 2001, together with the name and
position of the person authorising the expenditure.

I would then like any correspondence to or from the people named in
(1) relating to the Cambridge Media and Environment Programme.

to clarify one aspect of the request, namely that the information
is environmental in nature, and should therefore be considered
under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, with due
regard to the requirements of the Aarhus Convention.

submission that I had written "Hadley Centre", when of course I
meant "Tyndall". I assume you had guessed that though.

Thanks for this, which was very helpful. I need a couple of
clarifications and some further information. Please let me know if
you need me to do the latter under a new request.

Firstly I would like to know if there are any other members of
Tyndall staff involved with CMEP other than Prof Hulme. If so I
would like any correspondence of theirs too.

Secondly, I'm slightly surprised that you don't retain the chief
executive's emails. Is this really correct? Surely the CEO's emails
are important public records?

The new information I would like is copies of supporting
documentation for the expenditure. There are presumably invoices,
purchase orders or similar documentation to support the spend.
