Cambridge East Delivery Board Papers
Richard Taylor made this Freedom of Information request to Cambridge City Council
The request was successful.
From: Richard Taylor
26 September 2009
Could you please release the papers (agenda, minutes, reports) for
all meetings of the Cambridge East Delivery Board since its
inauguration in June 2008. I am aware this is not a City Council
board, but the City Council is represented on it and I would
therefore expect a copy of the papers to be held by the council.
I would like to suggest that in the interests of transparency the
council should publish its copy of the board's papers online as it
receives them.
Regards,

Dear Mr Taylor
Thank you for your request received on Monday 28th September 2009,
requesting information about agenda, minutes, reports for all meetings of
the Cambridge East Delivery Board since its inauguration in June 2008.
I can confirm that we do hold the information that you have requested.
However, as the Delivery Board involves partnership-working with other
organisations the Council needs to contact these organisations and give
them the opportunity to raise any objections to the disclosure of
information contained in the documents.
We are currently in the process of doing this, however this is taking more
time than we had anticipated, and we don't envisage that we will be able
to respond to your request in full within 20 working days (that is, by 26
October).
I will keep in touch with you about the progress of this request and keep
you informed about when we anticipate you will receive a response.
yours sincerely

Many thanks for releasing information regarding the 12th June 2008
meeting of the Cambridge East Delivery Board.
I do not believe this amounts to the agenda, minutes, reports for
all meetings of the Cambridge East Delivery Board since its
inauguration in June 2008 which was what I requested.
The Cambridgeshire Horizons website states the Cambridge East
Delivery Board met in April 2009*. I believe there will have been
other meetings too.
Could you please let me know if what I have received so far has
been a partial response and the remainder is to follow?

My apologies - there are 2 more files to follow, however I can only upload one file in response to the FOI request.
I have asked the whatdotheyknow administrators for their assistance so this should be dealt with soon.
