Calls received requesting police attendance

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please could you furnish me with how many calls in total were
submitted in England and Wales to 999 and also locally advertised
numbers such as 0845 6060606 where the caller requested an
immediate police response, and how many of those calls resulted in
a unit being despatched immediately. I do not require any monthly
breakdowns or crime type, just total annual figures.

Please break these figures down as follows:

Total 0845 / 999 calls received in 2001

Total 0845 / 999 calls received in 2002

Total 0845 / 999 calls received in 2003

Total 0845 / 999 calls received in 2004

Total 0845 / 999 calls received in 2005

Total 0845 / 999 calls received in 2006

Total 0845 / 999 calls received in 2008

Total number of calls where police were despatched following a 0845
/ 999 call in 2001

Total number of calls where police were despatched following a 0845
/ 999 call in 2002

Total number of calls where police were despatched following a 0845
/ 999 call in 2003

Total number of calls where police were despatched following a 0845
/ 999 call in 2004

Total number of calls where police were despatched following a 0845
/ 999 call in 2005

Total number of calls where police were despatched following a 0845

Please could you also prove details of how many crimes were
recorded in total in England & Wales for each requested year.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I acknowledge your part answer to my FOI request. You have yet to
provide me with an answer to how many 999 calls for that period for
each Force resulted in actual Police attendance. Please ensure that
this information is provided under the terms of the Freedom Of
Information Act.
Also, you refer me to a table via a link. The link does not appear
to work in that I cannot find the data, nor does it answer m
question. Please send a reply answering my original questions
including the missing data within 28 days.
