8 April 2010

Dear Freedom of Information,

My request for information regarding call recording contracts for
the Careers Advice Service has not prompted a response since your
note of 9 March 2010.

By my calculation, even taking into account the Easter period, I
believe that more than 20 working days have elapsed since my
initial request received by you on 8 March 2010.

As such, not only am I repeating my request for the information, I
now hereby ask you to conduct an internal review into my request,
to ascertain why there has been a delay in providing the
information.

My initial request is listed in full here:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ca...

Please let me know when I can expect to receive the information, as
soon as possible.

Yours sincerely,

C Ross
