I make this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I apologise if you take this request as a list of questions. If
that is the case I will revise the form of my requests in any area
that you indicate.
What is the OFSTED view of Caldicott Guardians and can OFSTED
please provide any internal information in relation to Caldicott
Guardians?
Can OFSTED please provide any guidance or information released to
Caldicott Guardians/Councils in order that they can assist in the
vital work of OFSTED?
Are Caldicott Guardians recognised as a vital part of child/adult
services by OFSTED.
Do OFSTED talk to and involve Caldicott Guardians in their
inspections?
Is the safety and security of personal information at
Councils/public bodies regarded as a an important part of the
OFSTED inspections bearing in mind the role of the Caldicott
Guardian
