Calculation of ILR for HSMP Forum's JR

Dear UK Border Agency,

I came in UK on 29th July on old HSMP scheme and left the UK when
changes were introduced in the scheme. After HSMP Forum's Judicial
Review I got re-inducted. My travel history is as follows:

Granted HSMP Visa Valid from 14 June 2006 till 14 june 2007

Came in UK on 29th July 2006 and Left UK without applying for
further extension on 3 February 2007.

Got Re-inducted in programme under HSMP Judicial Review and visa
granted valid from 12.11.2009 till 12.11.2012.

I entered UK on 29th December 2009.
What is my earliest ILR application date?

I have been promised that the time between expiry of my first visa
and start of issuance of new visa will be counted in ILR Qualifying
period plus any previous stay in UK.
