Please could you provide the Job descriptions that the Contract
refers to in clause 5.
Please could you also provide the CAFCASS code of conduct that the
Contract refers to in Clause 21.2.
Please could you confirm whether isolating children from everyone
and everything they have ever known in contravention of the
Children Act in order to place them with a 'good friend' of the
CAFCASS Court Advisor constitutes a conflict of interest?
