even if it's thousands and not millions (no clarification yet) there is a lot missing here - when you live in a country that gives a generous 10 pounds to it's disabled population for the ENTIRE WINTER FUEL you have to question this sort of waste- these are social workers - social science is not a science, ask a scientist
