Dear Jassal, Jasvinder - Cafcass,
In your reply you state in response to how many complaints made
about CAFCASS have been upheld:
"In 2003-04 out of 500 complaints 1 was upheld.
In 2004-05 out of 535 complaints none were upheld"
You have provided a link for information regarding complaints from
2005 but it is not clear where I would need to look. Please could
you provide a link that goes directly to the information requested
or please cite the information.
Considering there may well be more than 1 upheld complaint every 2
years, (4 Complaints since 2003) I consider that it is reasonable
to provide this information within the next 5 working days however
I do not consider that it would take more than 18 working hours to
collate the fully information requested unless there are a
substantial number of upheld complaints.
Yours sincerely,
LS Palmer
