From: Susanne Lumsden

17 February 2010

Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,

I write with a request to know, under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, the following:

Does Cafcass review the outcomes of its past advice, and, if so:

- what form does this review take, and what is its timescale?

I am happy to receive an electronic response and look forward to a
reply within 20 working days as stipulated by the Act.

Yours faithfully,

Susanne Lumsden

Dear Jassal, Jasvinder - Cafcass,

Thank you for your query. Just to clarify that 'by its past advice'
I refer to 'past advice by its practitioners':

Does Cafcass review the outcomes of past advice by its
practitioners, and, if so, what form does this review take, and
what is its timescale.

Yours sincerely,

Susanne Lumsden
