Cabinet Office total facilities management service

paul griffiths made this Freedom of Information request to Cabinet Office

The request was refused by Cabinet Office.

From: paul griffiths

15 August 2008

Dear Sir or Madam,

Would you please provide for me under the freedom of information
act 2000 information to the following questions. I believe all the
information I would like provided will be known by the Cabinet
Office Director of Finance Mr Jerry Page. Mr Page I understand
would have had dealings with all the subjects I have requested
information on.

As stated in your reply to my Freedom of Information
question (Cabinet Office reference FOI257689)the contract for the
provision by EcovertFM of a Total Facilities Management service
came into effect on 1 April 2002. This was to correct my inaccuracy
in which I said the contract started in 2001. On EcovertFM's
official website it states the contract started on the 1 April 2003
and is a 7 year contract with a possibility of a 3 year extension.

When was this contract signed and when did the contract officially
commence?

Could you please provide me with a copy of the Tender Document
including the Evaluation Criteria.

Could you please provide me with a copy of the winning tender.

Could you please provide me with a copy of the winning bid
(appropriate caviates).

Could you please provide for me a copy of the evaluation scores for
all the bidders.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Griffiths
