Can you please provide a chronology from March 2009 of the contacts
between the Cabinet Office European Secretariat, the European
Commission DG TREN G/2 and the Departments in Belfast during the
course of the investigation into the Rathlin ferry contract [ref.
610/09/TREN]? The Office of Government Commerce has already
provided its chronology on this website.

Thank you for the chronology of the latter part of the
communications between the Commission and the UK. Can you please
also provide the chronology of the exchange prior to October 13,
2009. The Commission investigation commenced in March 2009 under a
ten-week fast track process.
