Dear Sir or Madam,
Would you please provide for me under the Freedom of Information
Act2000 information to the following questions.
In an earlier Freedom of Information request(Cabinet Office
Reference FOI258850) you stated in your reply that Mr Roger Marsh
who is a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers and is currently on
secondment to the Cabinet Office and accordingly, does not carry
out any client service work for PWC. Could you then please tell me
if since joining the Cabinet Office on secondment has Mr Roger
Marsh received either a bonus, been part of a profit share scheme
or both from PWC. Has Mr Roger Marsh received a bonus from the
Cabinet Office?
I am not interested in the amount he received if he did receive
anything but just a yes with dates or a no.
Yours faithfully,
paul griffiths

Dear Sir or Madam
Thank you for your reply to my Freedom of Information request. This
is now the second time you have tried to use Section 14(1) of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.
If you look at the ICO FAQ website under the question What is a
'vexatious request'? it provides answers that I believe questions
your use of Section 14(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
therefore I am requesting an Internal review of my request your
reference FOI263761.
Yours sincerely,
paul griffiths
