Dear Colchester Borough Council,
Please release the following information, requested under the
freedom on information act.
1) Please show how many complaints were made to the council against
cab drivers last year - Jan 2011 - Jan 2012.
2) Please show how many complaints were upheld / resulted in
disciplinary action.
3) In each case that resulted in disciplinary action, please
outline details of the complaint, including the date, place, type
of taxi, nature of the complaint and resulting disciplinary action.
4) Please outline which, if any, of these cases led to suspensions
/ dismissals and police action.
5) Please show how many complaints were made to the council against
cab drivers in the previous year, for comparison - Jan 2010 - Jan
2011.
