Dear UK Border Agency,
Case Assurance and Audit Unit
With regard to CAAU, will you please answer the following
questions:
1-with legacy cases, CRD took into consideration many things to
grant indefinite leave to remain like the length of stay, family,
age, being Palestinian from Lebanon. having established a family
during your stay.now, will CAAU consider the mentioned factors in
concluding a final decision or they will consider these non
concluding case as fresh claims of asylum where credibility is the
main issue.
2- Will all cases transferred to CAAU be removed from the UK.
3- If some body whose case now is with CAAU and made further
submission. Will this be taken into consideration when dealing with
the case.
4-If somebody's case with CAAU submitted further evidence in august
2011, will they accept the new evidence and how long will it take
them to respond.
5-If somebody has signed on his departure and home office issued
him a passport from his original country's embassy but when the
time of travel , he fled and disappeared within the UK and now his
case is in CAAU. when they deal with his case will his disobedience
and disappearance take a weight in their decision. DOES CAAU keep
the document of departure he signed previously and can they use it
again to remove him or it is used once.
6- IF somebody contacted CAAU many times by letters since MAy 2011,
but haven't received any form of reply.and haven't received
anything from CRD legacy cases. HOW long it take CAAU to normally
respond.
Yours faithfully,
Mohamad abdel ghani
