Dear UK Border Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of UK Border Agency's
handling of my FOI request 'CAAU and Legacy cases'.

The replies do not answer all my questions fully and in the detail
and /or some parts of teh questions have not been asnwered at all
ie.

in question 2 the reply does not provide the deadline for when all
cases were to be reviewed by.

in repy to question 3 it does reply as to how a review is recorded
in a case are any CID notes made, are any checks done what is
involved in a review.

in reply to question 4 no reply is given where it is requested' to
provide an exhaustive list of category of cases that were not
concluded by CRD and have now been transferred to CAAU'.

in relation to question 5 it does not answer the question fully in
the sense it is not clear whether the only and the most recent
change is the one the change in August 2009.

in realtion to question 6 it does not answer the question
specifically and provides a generic link to removal and policy
which is not relevant to the question as to how failed asylum
seekers under the legacy can be granted ILR or not.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

thank you for your co-operation.

Yours faithfully,
