I would like to receive the data on deaths that where the main
cause by C Difficile. Further data associated to deaths that where
associated or secondary cause of C Difficile.

I would like this data specific to Warrington & Halton Hospitals
Foundation Trust covering the period November 2007 through to May
2009.

Thank you for your email of 8 June asking, under the Freedom of
Information Act, for information about patient deaths associated with C.
difficile infection, with particular reference to Warrington & Halton
Hospitals Foundation Trust covering the period November 2007 through to
May 2009.
I am sorry to advise you that this information is not held by the
Department of Health. While some information about patient deaths is held
by the Office for National Statistics, the level of detail you are seeking
would be held only by the Trust itself. If you wish to make local
