Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

Regarding the Busway contract and the report to Cabinet (agenda
item no.9 dated 16th March 2010):

Please provide a list of the (alleged) defects notified by the
Council to BAM Nuttall, together with (for each defect):
* whether the defect has been accepted as a defect by BNL
* whether BNL have claimed to have rectified it
* whether the Council have notified BNL that they accept the
rectification
* whether any agreement has been reached between BNL and the
Council regarding the defect
