Regarding the Busway contract and the report to Cabinet (agenda
item no.9 dated 16th March 2010).

Please provide a list of the Compensation Events notified by the
Council to BNL, or vice versa, along with for each event:
* The change to the Target Price
* Whether the Compensation Event has been accepted by the other
party or is disputed
