Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

This request relates to byelaws under article 45 of the
Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005.

Has the Council applied to the Secretary of State for the approval
of byelaws under article 45?

Has the Council advertised its intention to do so (as provided for
by paragraph (8) of that article)?

Has the Secretary of State approved any byelaws under article 45?

Please would you provide copies of any byelaws or proposed byelaws
in relation to which the above events have occurred?

Dear Mr Harris

Thank you for your email of 9 August 2011 in which you requested
information about byelaws relating to the Guided Busway.

Your request has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 and I can confirm that Cambridgeshire County Council does hold this
information. Please see the Council's response attached.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to
your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our
decision, you should write to Sandra Taylor, Corporate Information
Manager, c/o Information Governance Team, Box RES 1405, Babbage House,
Cambridge CB3 0AP within 40 days of the date of this letter.

If you are not content with the outcome your complaint, you may apply
directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the
ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints
