This request relates to byelaws under article 45 of the
Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005.
Has the Council applied to the Secretary of State for the approval
of byelaws under article 45?
Has the Council advertised its intention to do so (as provided for
by paragraph (8) of that article)?
Has the Secretary of State approved any byelaws under article 45?
Please would you provide copies of any byelaws or proposed byelaws
in relation to which the above events have occurred?
