Dear Haringey Borough Council,

We would like to request information on the following:

The amount of council offices where large (>70) quantities of
council staff are based
A summary of total expenditure by the council on business transport
and admin travel in the
past financial year. This contains all employees of the council
from the Chief Executive to administration staff. In this we would
like a breakdown of the mode of transport used e.g Car, Bus, Train,
Taxi and the cost of using these. Also in this we would request the
roles of the top 10 spenders/users of the transport. A total
expenditure figure (GBP) is also asked to be included.

We would ask that this information be presented in spreadsheet
format where possible.

We have now considered your request but need to seek clarification in
order to identify and locate the information that you have asked
for.  

The amount of council offices where large (>70) quantities of council
staff are based

Please clarify what you mean by `amount of offices' e.g. do you mean
number of buildings, office space by cm2 etc.

A summary of total expenditure by the council on business transport and
admin travel in the past financial year.

Please clarify what you mean by `business transport and admin travel'.

Please note that we will take no further action on this request until we
receive clarification from you. Once we receive the information we need we
will acknowledge your request and respond to it within the statutory
timescale of 20 days.

Dear FOI,

We would like to know the number of office buildings please.

In regards to clarification regarding business transport and admin
travel, what we mean by this is the total expenditure by council
employees on using transport. For example, taxi fares, train fares,
bus fares, milage repayments to things like meetings or travel to
other offices.
