Dear Mr Paul

Thank you for your email of 11^th June.

I am sorry that you have not had a reply to your request. I have today
chased this up with the service it had been forwarded to and have made
enquiries as to why no response has been sent after such a long time.

I am also sorry but no email was received 4 weeks ago regarding this
particular request. However, an email was received from yourself on 29^th
May regarding your request 72.09 (your ref begins 8131). This email was
acknowledged and I chased that request up for you.

Regarding your other request about Knowl View School governors 73.09 (you
ref beginning 8132), in addition to the response sent regarding request
72.09 (now answered) the information you request is not held as the school
closed some years ago. However, the minutes of meetings that took place do
exist and this may give an indication of some of the governors but not all
their details. Please confirm if you would like this to be followed up,
quoting my reference 73.09 and bearing in mind that there may be an admin
charge for this.

I realise that our responses have not been adequate in these cases and,
with a view to correcting the problems, I would be grateful if you could
direct all your requests to me. I then log them and can chase them up
using my reference number. This also helps distinguish between requests
when they are similar or sent on the same day. I would also be grateful if
you could keep me informed if any other requests are late or not responded
to in order that I can identify and correct any problems.

I hope no inconvenience has been caused by this but please feel free to
contact me again if you have any comments or queries.

Regards

Ami

Dear Ami Dennison,

Ref FOI requests 71.09, 72.09, 73.09

I still wish for an internal review on Rochdale MBC's performance
in answering my FoIA requests. This has been very poor in my
opinion.

Clearly if there is in your view a rechargeable cost to answer any
of these requests you need to advise that cost and allow me to
respond to that.

My view is that feet are being dragged on all three of my requests.
These may be regarded as politically sensitive areas. Nonetheless
that is no excuse for delay and would be no excuse for charging for
material that should be easily retrievable.

I am not impressed. Please provide the answers that you can provide
urgently and free and gratis. Or failing that quote the costs
involved and what will be available if those costs are met.

Yours sincerely,

Chris Paul
