Dear Ms Campbell,

Re : Freedom of Information Request 1485

I have attached a list of the hereditaments in the Lewes District Area
that attract business rates as advertising hoardings.
None of these are owned by the Council.

I apologise for the late response.

I hope this answers your question satisfactorily.  If, however, you are
unhappy with the way the District Council has handled your request you may
ask for an internal review.  In the first instance you should contact
Catherine Knight, Head of Legal & Democratic Services, Lewes District
Council, Lewes House, 32 High Street, Lewes, BN7 2LX or email
[1][email address]

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you then
have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision.  The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
FOI/EIR Complaints Resolution, Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe
House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF
