Business rates on Bluestone complex

Dear Pembrokeshire Council,

With reference to "Bluestone Holiday Complex including Blue lagoon"

Please could you provide a list/spread sheet to detail the
breakdown of the business properties relating to Bluestone complex
to include the Water park, accommodation, restaurants, offices etc.
to provide the following information.

1. Rateable value for each of these properties
2. Rates payable for 2008-2009 for each of these properties
3. Rates paid for 2008-2009 for each of these properties
4. Rates payable for 2009-2010 for each of these properties
5. Rates paid for 2009-2010 for each of these properties
6. Rates payable for 2010-2011 for each of these properties.

Please keep the information as clear as possible. Please indicate
if payments were not made due to "restructuring" of the company and
include amounts outstanding with any previous companies associated
with the "earlier" version of Bluestone.
