under Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please provide the following information in respect of the
properties listed below for the period specified;
The ratepayer name(s) if the ratepayer was/is a limited company
The period for which each ratepayer is liable for business rates at
the property
Address: 4TH & 5TH FLRS 5, CHANCERY LANE, LONDON, WC2A 1LF
Period: 01/04/2005 – 09/05/2005

The FOIA applies to the CoL as a local authority, police authority and
port health authority. The CoL is the local and police authority for the
"Square Mile", ie the historic City of London, and not for London as a
