1.Please provide details of expected Business Rates to be paid to
Liverpool City Council from businesses within the Paradise Street
Project and related developments in the Paradise Street Development
Area for 2008/09.

2.Please also provide details of current Business rates received
from all City Centre Businesses for 2007/08 and please provide
projected figures for 2008/09 not including the Paradise Street
Project Area.

3.Will businesses be offered any discount in their Business Rates
to locate to the Paradise Street Area if so how much? If different
businesses get different discounts please give as detailed a
breakdown as possible. If you cannot give figures please say
whether there will be discounts or not.
