Thank you for your email dated 3 December 2009 requesting information
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

You have requested information in relation to the Bus Lane in Clapham Park
Road/Abbeville Road

Please find the information below

Please confirm the date of any Traffic Management Orders governing this
bus lane since it became operative in 2004.

The bus lane was introduced by experiment in 2003 and made permanent in
2004. The experimental orders are valid for a maximum duration of 18
months therefore any order that exceeds this length of time would not be
valid.

Please confirm the hours of operation of this bus lane as detailed in the
Traffic Management Orders

I can confirm that the bus lane in Clapham Park Road near the junction
with Abbeville Road where no times are shown for the bus lane restriction
it is enforced 24 hours per day (At all times)

Please advise the address at Lambeth where Traffic Management Orders may
be viewed and the hours of opening.

The Traffic Management Orders are usually found in the Local Library.
However these are currently not up to date. Therefore anyone requesting
sight of a TMO can make an appointment with our Transport and Highways
department and arrange a date and time to view the TMO.
