Dear Wellingborough Borough Council.
Thank you for responding to my Freedom Of Information request
within the 20 day time limit.
Some of your responses do not answer my original questions. Would
you please provide me with the following:-
I asked where the properties were, This meant the actual addresses
which received the grants.
Please clarify the actual works carried out to the properties.
You say that it is not possible to provide details for specific
works. I find this strange as the council have paid up to £25000 of
council tax payers money for works done. Surely there must be
records of this somewhere, Please provide these details.
With regards to the three ongoing grants in Wollaston please
provide me with more information, this includes the actual address,
the work needed, and the amount given.
Yours sincerely,
Mr J. Attfield

Dear Wendy Aldwinckle,
Thank you for your response.
Whilst I fully appreciate that the council has to adhere to the
Data Protection Act perhaps this could have been mentioned on your
first response to me.
With regards to my request, this was not submitted to identify
applicants but to find out what works have been carried out and the
costs to the taxpayer involved.
With regards to Mr Culling stating that it would be "inappropriate"
to detail the current applications please note that my request is
being made under the 2000 Freedom of Information Act and personal
feelings should not enter into the response.
With regards to the 2 renovation grants awarded could you please
detail the exact works and costs involved.
As I have been waiting since August 14th for a correct reply to my
Freedom of Information Act request I trust that the council will
provide me the details in a timely manner as this has now far
exceeded the 20 day timescale.
I will be requesting that the council conducts an internal review
and contacting my MP for further assistance if you do not provide
me with the details I requested.
Yours sincerely,
Mr J. Attfield

Dear Mr Pittman.
Thank you for your response dated November 8th 2010.
You mention in your letter that the information that I requested
would contravene the Data protection Act, but in the Annex reply to
your original letter you provide me with the information that I
have been seeking to forthcoming grants in Wollaston.
I fully appreciate your not disclosing actual addresses due to the
D.P.A. but still find it strange why you will not provide me with
works details and costings already carried out due to the
possibility of the applicants being identified.
Surely this is a contradiction on your part as you have provided me
with the forthcoming works details and costings and I do not know
who the applicants are!
So as per your previous Annex reply could you please provide me
with the type of works previously carried out with the costs
involved.
I do hope that you can now fully process this request.
Yours sincerely,
Mr J. Attfield
