believe the Section 106 costs £10.00 so I fail to see who the rest
of the information can total £440.
I am happy to pay the £10.00 for the section 106 - please let me
know how to do so.
If it helps with costs please only go back until 2002. My original
Freedom Of Information request date and time scale still stand.

For clarification, the £440 or 2.5 days is the search limit for a Freedom of Information request. If a search exceeds this limit the council can refuse to process the request and would ask the requester to revise / review the request. I note that you have revised your request to 2002. We are checking our records with regard to your revised requests, which will take about 10 working days to complete. You can therefore expect a response before 31st December 2008.
With regard to the Section 106 notices, this information is already available to the public during office hours, You can contact the office to make an appointment to view this information. The exemption under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information would apply, as the information is already accessible to the public.
