Dear East Lothian Council,
I am writing to make a request in accordance with the Freedom of
Information Scotland Act, to request the following information in
electronic format:
1. The total budgets for 2008-09, 2009-10, and if possible 2010-11
for each council directorate, for example, Corporate Services,
Chief Executive's Office, Education etc
2. The total budgets for 2008-09, 2009-10, and if possible 2010-11
paid by Lambeth Council to each secondary school.
3. The breakdown of budgets for 2008-09, 2009-10, and if possible
2010-11 within the schools, for example Staff costs £400,000
Science £4000, Maths £3000, Gifted and Talented £1000 etc
I believe as this request is collectively seeking information for
more than one school in your area, that this request be made to the
council, rather than the individual schools.

I refer to your recent Freedom of Information request
You asked the following
1. The total budgets for 2008-09, 2009-10, and if possible 2010-11
for each council directorate, for example, Corporate Services,Chief

Budgets for these years are available on the Council's website. The various budgets make a distinction between the various Council departments. I have included links below for each of the years.

I enclose a spreadsheet with secondary school budgets for the 2008/2009 and 2009/2010 financial years. Those for 2010/11 will not be fully set until the new academic year starts in August 2010.
3. The breakdown of budgets for 2008-09, 2009-10, and if possible
2010-11 within the schools, for example Staff costs £400,000
Science £4000, Maths £3000, Gifted and Talented £1000 etc
