I would like to know the budget set for Children with SEN in
Mainstream School.
I require the amount spent on SEN and if this money was spent with
a Supply Agency. The dates I require are September 2011 till
Present including the Agency Name.

Birmingham City Council does not hold the information you have requested.
Schools are informed of their budgets in the march before the start of the
new financial year. The amounts allocated for SEN can be identified from
the school budget information (Section 251 Statements) published on BGFL.
However schools are free to allocate the budget to fund SEN and other
priorities - these are individual school decisions, information on which is
not kept by the Local Authority and neither is Agency spend.
