Dear Kay,

Thank you for your email.

Please find attached 2 documents in response to your request. The first
attachment outlines the sites that currently have permission for housing
development. For those applications that were determined by the
Planning Committee you can access the minutes by clicking on 'planning
applications committee' in the attached link and then selecting the
relevant date.

Some applications are approved by officer delegation and so there are
not minutes of meetings. However you can find out further information
about individual applications by searching the planning applications
register, also on the website (link attached).

The second attachment identifies brownfield sites that have been
identified as having housing development potential within the next 5
years. Planning applications for these sites have not yet been
submitted (and may not be). The sites have been identified through a
Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) which is
currently in draft form and not yet complete. When completed it will be
published on the Council's website. Please note that the sites
identified in the document have potential to be developed for housing
but it DOES NOT mean that they will or that if a planning application
were submitted planning permission would be granted.

Regards

Kelly
