Dear Her Majesty's Courts Service,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Her Majesty's Courts
Service's handling of my FOI request 'Bromley County Court -
Information Required'.
First of all I am not impressed at the length of time it has taken
to respond to my FOI request. The final response is no more than
two paragraphs as the rest of the letter is standard text. Please
advise why it has taken three months to write two paragraphs.
As the information I have requested is held on computer I fail to
see why this would take a considerable amount of time to process.
It should take no more than one hour and certainly not as long as
the exaggerated time in your letter.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/br...
Yours faithfully,
David Mawson
