Dear Sir or Madam,

Please can you provide the following details under a FOIA Request
of all incidents in the last twelve months where Number 10-owned
electronic equipment (defined as computers, monitors, keyboards,
mice, printers, photocopiers, mobile phones and smartphones) have
been damaged or broken by a member of staff:

1. The model of the device.
2. The approximate age of the device.
3. The nature in which the device was damaged.
4. The cost of repair or replacement.
