Dear Sir/Madam,

I guess that this request for information didn't get through to you
but expect the same answer from the Parking & Markets/Street
Trading Complaints Officer as that used in related requests that
'despite eveidence to the contrary' that the Markets Department
have 'not yet started work on any recommendations stated in the
markets strategy. Therefore no information is held. It will be
available in March 2012'.
