May I know if this spending is in addition to the Street Markets
Strategy 3 Year Investment Plan, detailed in Table 7 on page 22?

by the Cabinet in July 2010 and identified in 2.8 on page 2, 5.5.29
on page 20, and 5.5.42 on page 21, will be available for public
inspection?

Thanks for these newsletters but my request was about the annual
report of the Street Market Strategy. Should I make a fresh request
to help officers undertake this public services more effectively?
