Dear Sir or Madam,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of

I am writing to request an internal review of British Transport
Police Authority's handling of my FOI request 'British Transport

overdue a response and I require a copy of this document as soon as
possible.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is

Dear Ms Lewis
A recent review of the WhatDoTheyKnow website has alerted us to an
outstanding FOI request which you made to Simon Lubin at the
British Transport Police in August 2008. I can confirm that you
made this request directly to the Force and not the Police
Authority, as stated in your follow up email of 28th November,
which is a separate organisation.
As the Authority has not received an FOI request from you I am
unable to proceed with your recommendation to carry out an
investigation into our handling of your request. If you would like
to submit a separate request to the Authority for the accounts
information, we would be happy to assist in providing it for you.
Yours faithfully
Richard Hemmings Chief Executive and Clerk British Transport Police
Authority.
