Please could disclose to me
- Any information held by the Information Commissioners Office
which indicates that British Telecom were the data controller for
the ContextPlus/Apropos/PeopleOnPage suite of advertising products
in the period *before* 2006
- Any information held by the Information Commissioners Office
which indicates that 121Media were operating the
ContextPlus/Apropos/PeopleOnPage suite of products as a data
processor under instruction from British Telecom in the period
*before* 2006
- Any correspondence (email, fax, letters etc) concerning
ContextPlus/Apropos/PeopleOnPage exchanged between the Information
Commissioners Office and 121Media (or Phorm) since 1 January 2004
- Any correspondence (email, fax, letters etc) concerning
ContextPlus/Apropos/PeopleOnPage exchanged between the Information
Commissioners Office and British Telecom since 1 January 2004
- In the event no such information exists, given that 121Media did
not register as data controllers in the period 2004-2006, please
could you indicate what action has been taken with respect to
section 4(4), section 17(1), section 21(1) of the Data Protection
Act?

I am writing in response to your request for the information sent on 23
May. You requested:
Any information held by the Information Commissioners Office

Having made enquiries of the relevant section of this office, I can
indicate that we hold no information of the nature requested.
