Dear Identity & Passport Service,
I would like to state IPS is the authority to issue British
passport world wide.
Due to lack of sufficient documents,the home office will issue
Confirmation of Nationality letter to insufficient document holder
for the purpose of issuing British passport.
I humbly request you under Right to information act to please let
me disclose the details below:
If any person opted for DNA test after his/her Interview by the
reason of discripancies at the time of Interview and insufficient
documents.But his/her father died and it was reported
immediately.How is it possible for DNA?In this circumstance the
applicant Got Confirmation of Nationality status letter from UKBA
in support to his passport application.what is the procedure and
how he will be offered passport.
Is it any Discretion of home office will be applied by IPS?
