British Parking Association - Contraventions and Sanctions

Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,

Can you please provide me with the details of the specific Private
Parking Companies (who are members of the AOS) who have had
'Penalty Points' placed on their 'AOS Licence' since the AOS scheme
was set up.

I should also like to know what specific contraventions those
penalty points were issued for (rather than simply 'Level 1' etc
contraventions)

Can I suggest that your response is in the format of a
table/spreadsheet with the name of the PPC followed by the specific
data (as requested) for each company.

2) What is the breakdown of the points awarded for which specific
offences?

3) Where in the BPA AOS Contraventions and Sanctions' Code of
Practice does it permit or cater for the suspension of any penalty
points

2) Why were the points 'suspended' in this case?

3)) What are all of the implications of the points being suspended?
