Dear Identity and Passport Service,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Identity and Passport
Service's handling of my FOI request 'British Overseas Citizens
passport given to Malaysians since 2009'.
I specifically asked for people of Malaysian origin who have
applied for this passport. This is a rather special group who face
statelessness. Their circumstances are acute and unique, and the
answer given, which is a general one, takes no cognisance of the
specificity and the specialness of this group. That was the very
reason for asking this question in the first place.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
Shafiur Rahman
