Ref No: 12025 - 1913161
7^th February 2012
Dear Mr Dransfield
Thank you for your request of 7^th February 2012 which we are treating as
a request made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Unfortunately we are unable to process your request as we have
insufficient details from you in order to identify the information you
require.
In particular we have responded to your previous request where you are
asking for the same information, as follows:
Please provide me with the following documents for the New PFI school in
Bridgwater.
In our previous response we informed you that there were in fact three
Schools being built under the PFI programme and all are situated in
Bridgwater. Can you please confirm which of these schools you refer to.
With regard to the Project Agreements – we have been back to our
contractor, which is the same for all three projects – BAMPPP – and do
not have their consent to share these documents, therefore they are
withheld under Section 43 – Commercial Interests under the FOI Act.
And as stated in our earlier response with regard to the As Build Health
and Safety Files – this is where I need further clarification – these
schools have not been completed and as such no Risk Assessments or Health
and Safety Files have been created by Somerset County Council and
therefore we do not hold this information.
If you are referring to any other As Built Health and Safety Files – can
you please be more specific, so that we may make further enquiries. Until
I hear back from you the 20 statutory days have not started.
Yours sincerely,
CYPD/FOI Representative
