Dear Warrington Borough Council,
Please provide me with details of the amount of your annual budget
Warrington Borough Council is investing in the Bridge Street
Quarter redevelopment.
I quote your 'Corporate Plan Q1 Performance Report 2011-12' ...
"We have appointed Muse Developments as the
development partner for the regeneration of Bridge
Street Quarter.
As one of the largest regeneration projects in the
region, the £130 million project will provide the town
with shops, restaurants, a gym, cinema, new indoor
market, cultural centre, hotel and council offices."
What percentage of the £130m figure is the council providing.
Can you provide me with detailed projections of the return the
council expects from this investment.
Yours faithfully,
Tom Horn
