"Brick-mobile" shaped DEW, and your DEWs database

Dear Home Office,

There is a Directed Energy Weapon, which is hand held portable and
looks like a large brick mobile. This has been used against me a
number of times, in the streets of Paisley by plain clothed male
and 2 plain clothed female. I don't know if these 3 users of this
DEW are within Law Enforcement, protected by law enforcement or
criminals.

Please look it up in your less-lethal, directed energy database.
This causes intense pain that lasts 2 days plus nosebleeds if shot
at the back or side of the head.
It cuts down by 50% speed of walking if shot at lower back and pain
for 2 days. Only once I managed to see it clearly from 20 ft
distance.

1.Is this classified as a Public Order weapon or not?

2. Can anybody at all buy it in the weapons black markets if he has
the cash and use it without any gun crime penalties?

3. Could it be that because this weapon looks like a mobile three
times thicker and bigger, because of its discreet shape it is not
classified as a weapon at all, so anybody can shoot people in the
head and maybe cause them blood-clots just for fun?

4. Is there some type of coat with a detector attached at he back,
to raise alarm, photograph, measure or record some type of proof
re. this discreet and light DEW model, to start reporting attacks
like this to the Police from now on? The difficulty is that the
users always shoot from behind the target or from the side and they
can be pedestrians but mostly they shoot from cars in crowded
parking lots and its difficult to photograph it on my mobile
because by the time I turn around after being shot and in pain, the
user is gone or totally concealed among the crowd. A prompt answer
will be precious,no doubt it is already in your less-lethals and
DEWs database the one you share with the MoD and some research

This reply shows that you did not access and search your database
with all less-lethal and non-lethal weapons at
http://www.ilef.org/
As you can see there, this weapons database was designed by the
Home Office together with ACPO and two other agencies and should be
accessible by you and law enforcement but not by me.
Please look up this database and update me. Also,we the public do
not wish to do slander and accusations against Police and other
security forces, therefore a Weapons Inspector should get the duty
of taking in complaints from the public about DEWs attacks and
check the attack details and weapon/device descriptions against
this database and take action to stop the criminal use. We need to
know if you got access to this database, and should you deny the
existence of this weapon in your database or refuse info about it,
a weapons inspector acting for UK civilians should be appointed. I
look forward to your reply,as there is a list of 5-8 other DEW
weapons descriptions from other UK targets that need to be checked
with this database, so I mention this in advance, we just want to
be safe,and free from physical injury/torture/health tragedy, we
are not trying to be vexatious.

Dear Orchard Derrick,
No, wrong answer, these weapons do not match.
Check in the ILEF under ultrasonic weapons, infrasound weapons or
pain shockphasers or pain shock blasters.

My frantic research got some results, the photo of the nearest

I will send you a more detailed answer soon, as this is a matter in
the public interest.Ask Interpol who trains the 47 ACPO forces and
the national police in 188 countries did they hide this weapon from
the ILEF databaseon purpose, for deception?

Dear Derrick Orchard,
The ILEF less lethal datbase is deemed to be the most comprehensive
and authoritative database on directed energy weapons, not just
anti-riot systems bought. It must contain ALL directed energy and
frequency weapons.
The brick mobile weapon should be under ultrasonic/infrasonic
ultrasound infrasound and unless being shot its impossible to tell
if the user is switiching it on or of, it has no flashlight,dazzler
or noise at all. It causes sore bumps if shot at the back of the
head and nose bleeds if shot at the side of the head, or tooth
absesses if shot at the top of the head durinng sleep time.
The speicificcations are:

the other pain shock field weapons are used in the UK to do area
denial,from descriptions I heard from other targets as follows:
while they become too wealk to stand up and escape their house from
electronic attacks during sleep, the other models beam their
kitchen so the targets feel intense pain if they try to go to their
kitchen to drink a glass of water or eat, they are unable to get
food and water, while under attack for 1-3 days by steady beaming.

Please publish here the photos and specifications of the
ultrasonic/infrasound range of weapons in the ILEF database and
inform us in detail if the case is that they were intentionally
omitted or hidden.

Also, there is a similar DEW quadruple frequency weapon the targets
tend to confuse with the pain shock phasor when attacked:
this needs grounding, so it should be in ILEF under DEWs withh
grounding: it needs a long cable with a metalic weight that goes
down the drain pipe to ground the weapon into earth and combinnes
narcotic frequency to make target drowsy/unconscious and microwave,
high laser and electromagnetic to cause target brain tissue and
organ damage while beinng unconscious.
The Uk loccal people would not surrender their homes to these
weapons/torture squads unless it was a fact proven that these are
police property and police protected. Waiting for the photos.

Dear Home Office Research Development Branch,

Re. My follow up to Derrick Orchard with reference FOI Case Number
15468.
Derrick Orchard has left the Home Office as from 22 October. Who
will answer the questions in this FOI follow-up?
There is another concern: was he fired because he did not make
complete denials that those who query DEWs and ultrasonic weapon
attacks at home, on targets during their sleep time to incapacitate
them are "crazies"?
Also another concern about the secrecy: ACPO and HO got a legal
loophole with the DEWs in the catalogue to buy unlimited quantities
and varieties and weaponize torture squads without any prior
approval or permission because all these weapons are labelled home
security or research plus some other targets went abroad to obtain
proof about getting attacked and MI5 indeed was involved, they are
so opposed to the disclosure of this covert way to incapacitate,
that they follow and sabotage targets as far as USA, Belgium, Spain
etc. Please reply to my queries from 27 September and today asap.
