Dear Kisi Smith-Charlemagne,

You have not replied to my FOI request Policy on housing family's
with children in temporary accommodation promptly, as normally
required by law.

In your email you stated " If for any reason we are unable to meet
this deadline we will keep you fully informed of the reasons for
this and let you know how long the delay will be"

May I have an explanation please ?

Yours sincerely,

Philip Storer

Dear Mr Storer,

We use a computerised system called icasework, this logs your request and calculates your due date. I can ask someone in the FOI team to double check this information - but the information in icasework and that I am working to confirms the due date of FOI 913676 as the 20/02/12

Dear Smith-Charlemagne, Kisi,

I too use a computerised system, its where these requests are
forwarded to you from and its telling me that you are incorrect, so
it might be a good idea to double check the system that gave you
the incorrect date.

Yours sincerely,

Philip Storer
