Breast augmentation surgery statistics

Dear Wiltshire Primary Care Trust (PCT),

Could you please provide me with the following information under
the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The numbers of men and women who have received breast augmentation
surgery in the financial year 2010/2011, which Wiltshire PCT have
funded.

Could this data be split into those whose augmentation was due to
cancer (i.e. numbers having post-mastectomy reconstructive
surgery), and those whose augmentation was for non-cancer reasons
(i.e. asymmetrical breasts/reduction from back pain)?

If you could provide the data in a 2x2 table, with males/ females
on the column headings and cancer related augmentations/non-cancer
related augmentations on the row headings.
